GRANT SOLUTIONS

Strategic Resources and Solutions offer grant management services for local agencies that are funded for the first time to ensure compliance and improve the ability to obtain continuous funding.  Another service offered is third party evaluation for any of the funded grants.  Many grants allow for an external evaluator to monitor the agency for compliance, measure the outcomes, and write end of the funding cycle reports.  This fee for service depends on the areas allowed in the grant.  SRS will bill the agency based on the services at a rate of 3% to 5% of the grant award or the amount allowed. 

Allowing an external agency to do the paper work and monitor the progress of the grant for compliance gives the funded agency the opportunity to do what it does best, deliver programs and services.  SRS services include: tracking of funds, monitoring progress as it aligns with the implementation plan, producing/providing evaluation tools, preparing and submitting quarterly (or as required) financial, evaluation, and activity reports.
